From Reactive to Predictive: Digital Twin Platform for Global Facilities
The Problem
Global facility owners were spending millions on reactive maintenance, fixing things after they broke, with no unified intelligence layer for asset health, ESG compliance, or cost forecasting across multi-site portfolios. The market had legacy incumbents (Autodesk, IBM Maximo, Planon) but none offered open, interoperable, modern AEC/O workflows.
My Approach
Owned full product strategy at Nemetschek Group, defining multi-year roadmap, competitive positioning, and global stakeholder alignment. Identified predictive maintenance and ESG analytics as the strategic wedge where incumbents were weakest. Championed OPEN BIM as a differentiator for enterprise adoption. Designed inclusive UX for field operators including non-technical and elderly users. Delivered real-time ROI and sustainability dashboards, giving portfolio owners intelligence they had never had before.

The Problem
GEICO's digital insurance workflows had accumulated years of technical and UX debt: fragmented acquisition funnels, low engagement, high drop-off rates, and a security posture exposing the business to major cyber risk. Cost per acquisition was high and referral loops were broken.
My Approach
Led ground-up strategic redesign as Senior Domain Lead, owning roadmap, UX direction, pricing model, and GTM in partnership with C-suite, engineering, and sales. Implemented outcome-led roadmapping where every initiative tied directly to a business metric. Redesigned the acquisition funnel and referral mechanic using customer discovery and behavioural data. Defined a new security and DR strategy, eliminating a major cyber risk class entirely.

The Problem
Traditional flat-rate auto insurance was losing customers to more personalised competitors. Insurers needed a behaviour-driven pricing model that rewarded safe drivers and improved retention without sacrificing premium yield or alienating the existing policyholder base.
My Approach
Designed a UBI framework at Ness Technologies using telematics data including speed patterns, braking behaviour, mileage, and time-of-day driving, to build dynamic per-driver risk profiles. Partnered with data science and engineering to turn raw telemetry into real-time underwriting models. Key insight: advocated for a behaviour-reward mechanism (safe driver discounts) over pure risk-penalty, which dramatically improved opt-in rates and created loyalty loops that compounded over time.

The Problem
Broadridge's financial proxy voting infrastructure, used by Fortune 500 clients across North America, Europe, and APAC, was fragmented, compliance-heavy, and falling behind cross-border regulatory demands. Users struggled to navigate it, compliance teams were overburdened, and cross-regional feature gaps were creating commercial risk with major accounts.
My Approach
Over 7 years, grew from individual contributor to Team Lead, driving a multi-phase platform transformation. Led full discovery, requirements, and delivery of user-centric features across three continents. Key contribution: championing a user-journey-first mindset in a compliance-heavy environment, shifting focus from "what the regulation requires" to "what the user needs to comply easily." This shift improved usability, reduced support burden, and strengthened client relationships. Built and mentored a BA team, raising delivery quality across concurrent workstreams.
